Profiles

Manufacture
The profiles manufactured by INTERTELHA are geometrically trapezoidal, and may usually be seen in façades and roofs of buildings, in all sorts of different versions, with reduced profile heights.

INTERTELHA offers four different profiles of this type, with different heights and applications according to the structural resistance of each profile:
- Bended and plane self-supporting roofing;
- Bended and plane façade and verge coatings;
- "Traditional spaced" roofing.

Type BT4 roof tile bending is achieved by successive bending, which results in extremely reduced curb supports, from 150mm onwards, and angles up to 240º, in one single piece.
This is a very versatile option, enabling numerous applications, and is particularly appropriate for continuous edge finishing, without having to resort to applying ruffs.

Intercof 70 – Sistema de cofragem colaborante

Esta nova marca da Intertelha destina-se aos Sistemas de Cofragem Colaborante. Este sistema tem a vantagem de poder ser utilizado em chapa lacada ou galvanizada.

Este produto caracteriza-se por uma elevada resistência estrutural, garantindo assim ao cliente uma maior durabilidade. A sua estrutura possibilita alojar canalizações no edifício no interior das nervuras do perfil.

Para alem disso, o coeficiente de dilatação térmica de ambos os materiais é idêntico pelo que não produzem problemas devido a dilatações divergentes.

O sistema colaborante, perfil em aço galvanizado ou lacado, é utilizado preferencialmente em lajes mistas, como cofragem permanente, capaz de suportar o betão fresco, a armadura e as cargas de construção.
