Raw materials

COATING

As for galvanized steel sheets, protection is ensured by zinc bath immersion, with a mass of zinc of about 275 gr/m2, according to standard DIN EN 10 147.
The plated sheets are coil coated, continuously, with thermoplastic or thermosetting (duroplastic) resins.

Standard coating is:
Polyester 25y, Main Face
Polyester 10y, Lower Face.
Coating features may vary according to specific needs in terms of resistance to corrosion and durability.

ISOLATION

INTERTELHA offers the possibility of making all sorts of roofing and isolation, by polyurethane projection, or of creating double roofing and coating, with mineral wool or rock wool, thus generating versatile and economic types of roofing. Simultaneously, it isolates against cold, heat, noise and vibrations.
The double system is made of double steel sheets with the ventilation space filled by an isolating material, applied during the construction stage.
